1Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy varies based on the subscription plan and usage.

2Monthly Subscription Refunds

Full Refund Available

You can request a full refund within 7 days of subscription if you haven't downloaded more than 2 optimized resumes.

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Limited use of service (maximum 2 resume downloads)
  • Account must be in good standing

3Annual Subscription Refunds

Pro-rated Refund Available

You can request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of subscription based on unused months.

Refund Calculation:

  • Refund = (Unused months / 12) × Annual subscription amount
  • Minimum charge of ₹199 for the first month used
  • Processing fee of ₹50 may apply

5Non-Refundable Situations

No Refund Available

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after the eligible period
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Services used extensively (more than fair usage)
  • Change of mind without valid service issues
  • Duplicate or fraudulent payment claims

7Cancellation vs Refund

Important Distinction

Cancellation: Stops future charges, access continues until period ends

Refund: Returns money for current/unused period and may terminate access

8Payment Processing

  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method
  • Bank processing time may take additional 3-5 business days
  • International payments may take longer to process
  • Refund confirmations are sent via email
