Terms & Conditions

For purposes of this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

• 1.1 "Platform" means Joblant's website, mobile applications, backend systems, AI-powered tools, servers, and any associated infrastructure provided by Conseccomms.
• 1.2 "Services" means all offerings available through Joblant, including but not limited to AI-powered resume generation, LinkedIn profile optimization, Expert Review Add-Ons, referral benefits, templates, and subscription services.
• 1.3 "Subscription Plan" refers to any paid plan purchased by the User, including Monthly and Annual Subscriptions, and optional Add-On services.
• 1.4 "User Content" means all data, resumes, LinkedIn URLs, and career-related information submitted by the User to the Platform.
• 1.5 "Expert Review Add-On" means the optional, paid service where resumes are manually reviewed and refined by human experts under Conseccomms' supervision.
• 1.6 "Referral Program" refers to the scheme where Users earn subscription credits by referring new paid subscribers.
• 1.7 "Preview Before Purchase Model" means the service delivery model where Users can preview AI-generated content free of cost before payment is required to download or export final documents.

• 2.1 Age Requirement – Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law.
• 2.2 Account Registration – To access subscription features, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete details. Registration may be completed through:
  • Email and password (with OTP/email verification), or
  • Third-party login (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• 2.3 Account Security – The User is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and agrees to be liable for all activities conducted under their account.
• 2.4 Suspension/Termination of Accounts – Conseccomms reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts if:
  • Information provided is false or misleading,
  • The account is used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes,
  • Fraudulent referrals or payment disputes are detected, or
  • The User violates these Terms.

3.1 Joblant operates under a Preview Before Purchase Model. The standard workflow is:

• (a) Signup – User registers via email or social login.
• (b) Upload – User uploads resume (PDF/Word) or LinkedIn URL.
• (c) AI Processing – Joblant generates a draft resume and LinkedIn optimization preview.
• (d) Free Preview – User views AI-generated outputs (watermarked or blurred).
• (e) Subscription Purchase – Payment is required to unlock downloads.
• (f) Template Selection & Download – User selects templates and downloads resumes in PDF/Word formats.
• (g) Expert Review (Optional) – If purchased, resumes may be submitted for manual expert feedback.

3.2 The User expressly acknowledges that the core value of Joblant's services is delivered during the preview stage, and therefore subscription fees are considered final upon purchase, except as expressly permitted under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.1 The User shall not:

• (a) Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content;
• (b) Misuse the Platform for fraudulent activity;
• (c) Copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to commercially exploit Joblant's software, templates, or outputs;
• (d) Represent Joblant's AI outputs as guaranteed employment results;
• (e) Interfere with security features or introduce malware into the Platform.

4.2 The User shall ensure accuracy of their submitted data and promptly notify Conseccomms of unauthorized account activity.

5.1 Plans Available

• (a) Monthly Subscription – ₹199 per month (auto-renewable).
• (b) Annual Subscription – ₹1,915 per year (12 months, non-renewable).
• (c) Expert Review Add-On – ₹49 for three reviews, available anytime.

5.2 Payments

Payments are prepaid and processed through authorized third-party gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). Conseccomms shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, gateways, or technical failures beyond its control.

5.3 Auto-Renewal & Cancellations

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew and expire after 12 months.
• Cancellation does not entitle Users to refunds unless explicitly provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5.4 Pricing Changes

Conseccomms may revise subscription pricing or features with at least 15 days' prior notice via email or in-app notification.

• 6.1 Users may earn seven (7) days of free subscription credit for each successful referral.
• 6.2 A referral is valid only when the referred User purchases a paid subscription.
• 6.3 Referral credits are:
  • Non-cashable,
  • Non-transferable,
  • Non-refundable, and
  • Usable only for subscription extensions.
• 6.4 Conseccomms reserves the right to suspend referral benefits in cases of misuse, including self-referrals, spamming, or fraudulent accounts.

• 7.1 The Expert Review Add-On provides manual resume feedback from qualified editors.
• 7.2 Once a review has commenced, the service is deemed consumed and is non-refundable.
• 7.3 The stated review time of 24–48 hours is an indicative service level only, not a contractual guarantee.
• 7.4 Expert reviewers are under confidentiality agreements to protect User content.

• 8.1 Joblant's intellectual property — including trademarks, software, algorithms, templates, logos, brand elements, and all proprietary technologies — belongs exclusively to Conseccomms.
• 8.2 The User retains ownership of their uploaded resumes and career data.
• 8.3 AI-generated outputs are licensed to the User for personal, non-commercial use only.
• 8.4 Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use of Joblant's assets shall constitute infringement and may attract legal action.

• 9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• 9.2 Conseccomms does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service and may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
• 9.3 While Joblant templates are designed for ATS-friendliness, Conseccomms does not guarantee acceptance by every Applicant Tracking System or employer.
• 9.4 Joblant is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.

• 10.1 User data shall be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
• 10.2 Expert Review Add-On resumes are accessible only to authorized reviewers bound by confidentiality obligations.
• 10.3 Conseccomms employs SSL/TLS encryption, secure servers, firewalls, and periodic audits to safeguard data.

• 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conseccomms shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Rejections by employers, recruiters, or ATS systems;
  • Losses arising from downtime, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• 11.2 Conseccomms' liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the User in the billing cycle immediately preceding the claim.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Conseccomms, its partners, affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims or damages arising out of:

• Violation of these Terms,
• Misuse of Joblant,
• Breach of applicable law, or
• Unauthorized sharing of Joblant outputs.

• 13.1 Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via the dashboard.
• 13.2 Conseccomms may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful activity.
• 13.3 Termination does not entitle Users to refunds, except under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• 14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
• 14.2 Courts situated at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

• 15.1 Conseccomms shall appoint a Grievance Officer under Indian IT Rules.
• 15.2 Users may raise complaints to support@joblant.com.
• 15.3 Complaints shall be acknowledged within 7 working days and resolved within 30 days.

• 16.1 Force Majeure – Conseccomms shall not be liable for failures arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
• 16.2 Severability – If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full effect.
• 16.3 Assignment – Conseccomms may assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement to affiliates or successors. Users may not assign their rights without written consent.
• 16.4 Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Conseccomms, superseding all prior communications, representations, and arrangements.
