• 1.2 Joblant is not a recruitment agency, employment bureau, placement consultancy, or staffing service. The Platform's purpose is strictly limited to professional enhancement and career support tools.
• 1.3 Any references to "career success," "ATS-friendly resumes," or "optimized LinkedIn profiles" are indicative of the features provided and shall not be construed as assurances or guarantees of actual employment, job interviews, or offers.

2.1 Joblant outputs are advisory tools only. They are generated through artificial intelligence and, where applicable, supplemented by human review.

2.2 Conseccomms does not warrant or represent that:

• Use of Joblant will guarantee interviews or job offers,
• Employers or recruiters will select, shortlist, or prefer Users solely on the basis of resumes generated through Joblant, or
• ATS systems of all employers will successfully process Joblant-generated resumes.

2.3 Employment outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond Joblant's control, including but not limited to:

• The User's qualifications, skills, and professional history,
• Employer recruitment policies,
• Market conditions and demand in the User's sector, and
• Regional and global economic factors.

3.1 Joblant outputs, including resumes, LinkedIn content, and suggestions, are drafts intended for User review and modification.

3.2 Users remain solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all resume and profile data before submitting to employers,
• Ensuring that no false, misleading, or exaggerated claims are included,
• Using Joblant outputs ethically and in compliance with employment laws.

3.3 Conseccomms shall not be held liable for User misrepresentation, falsification of data, or misuse of the Platform.

• 4.1 While Joblant templates are designed to be ATS-friendly, no guarantee is made that resumes will pass through all ATS systems successfully.
• 4.2 ATS functionality depends on employer-specific configurations, keyword relevance, and screening algorithms which are outside Conseccomms' control.
• 4.3 Users are advised to tailor resumes for each job application and, where necessary, seek professional review or modifications.

5.1 Joblant may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (such as LinkedIn, payment gateways, cloud providers, analytics platforms, or social login providers).

5.2 Conseccomms does not control and is not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of such third-party services,
• The privacy, security, or data protection practices of third parties,
• The content, advertisements, or offerings made available by such external providers.

5.3 Accessing or using third-party services shall be at the User's sole risk, and Conseccomms disclaims all liability arising from such use.

• 6.1 All intellectual property rights in Joblant, including but not limited to software, algorithms, templates, brand names, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Conseccomms.
• 6.2 Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Joblant's outputs or materials is prohibited.
• 6.3 AI-generated content is provided to Users under a limited license strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Conseccomms disclaims responsibility for misuse or unauthorized sharing of such content by Users.

• 7.1 Joblant complies with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, SPDI Rules, 2011, and where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU Users.
• 7.2 Conseccomms does not provide legal, financial, or career counselling services. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with employment, labor, and data protection laws in their respective jurisdictions.

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conseccomms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, income, reputation, or business prospects, arising out of or related to the use of Joblant.

8.2 In any case, Conseccomms' maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount of subscription fees actually paid by the User in the billing cycle immediately preceding the claim.

9.1 Conseccomms shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes,
• Cyberattacks, data breaches, or internet disruptions,
• Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes,
• Government restrictions, laws, or regulations,
• Technical failures, power outages, or service disruptions.

9.2 In such events, Conseccomms' obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the disruption without liability to the User.

• 10.1 Conseccomms reserves the right to amend or update this Disclaimer at its sole discretion.
• 10.2 Updated versions shall be published on Joblant's website and become effective immediately unless otherwise specified.
• 10.3 Continued use of Joblant after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
